As I understand it, you need the tool to speed up your work. That is, you do not need to perfectly master all the functionality, you need to learn how to work quickly. Whichever tool you choose, learn the key features and learn all the hotkeys. I personally used Ruby on Rails development which provided everything I needed to design my website. You need to learn how to use all the most standard on the machine, and then move on to more advanced features.
